In addition, he facilitates effective communication between the legal team and clients, helping to ensure that each matter progresses seamlessly and transparently.

Ernest holds a strong academic background, with his undergraduate thesis titled “Legal Protection for Foreign Investors in the Technology Sector (A Comparative Study between Indonesia and Vietnam).” He has also contributed to legal scholarship through several publications, including “A Juridical Review on the Status of Limited Liability Companies Resulting from Additional Foreign Direct Investment in Indonesia” and “Legal Certainty Protection for Copyright Holders over Music Transformations by Anonymous Creators on Social Media.”
