I Gusti Ayu Agung Dwi Candra, S.H., M.H. is a Managing Director with expertise in navigating the complexities of regulatory compliance and business licensing in Indonesia. A graduate of both the Bachelor and Master of Laws programs from the Faculty of Law, Udayana University, she is known for her precise, strategic, and solution-oriented approach, particularly in delivering legal advice aligned with clients’ business needs.

Her practice focuses on the establishment of foreign investment companies (PT PMA), visa and KITAS processing, alcoholic beverage licensing, business licensing through the OSS system, as well as litigation matters. In addition, she has extensive experience in land due diligence, groundwater licensing, PKKPR validation, and the drafting and review of commercial agreements. Candra is recognized for her ability to identify legal risks at an early stage and to develop practical and effective solutions.

Academically, Candra has a strong interest in issues relating to governmental authority. This is reflected in her undergraduate thesis entitled “The Authority of the Central and Regional Governments in Energy Management” and her master’s thesis entitled “Regulation of the Authority of the Central and Regional Governments in the Health Sector.”
